At this year’s Barrett-Jackson auction, Acura set the record auction price for the 2017 VIN 001 NSX supercar model. The automaker announced that all proceeds will go to the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation and Camp Southern Ground. The 2017 Acura NSX supercar set the record for a vehicle auction at Barrett-Jackson for the highest-selling VIN 001 vehicle, with a final price set at $1.2 million. Jon Ikeda, Vice President and General Manager of Acura, said: “It was amazing to witness such generosity of spirit and passion for the new NSX.
