Free Back-to-School Block Party Coming to CardinaleWay Acura Las Vegas
Mark your calendars, Las Vegas—something special is happening at CardinaleWay Acura Las Vegas this summer, and it’s one of the most meaningful things our team has ever put together.
On Wednesday, July 29, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, CardinaleWay Acura Las Vegas will host the CardinaleWay Cares: Back-to-School Block Party, a free community event built to give Las Vegas families everything they need—and a whole lot of fun—before the new school year begins.
A free ticket is required to attend, and registration is open now through Eventbrite.
More Than a Dealership
We know our community as more than just our customers. Las Vegas families are our neighbors, and this event is our way of investing directly in the people who make this city home. Rather than a simple supply drive, we wanted to build a full day of celebration—something families would genuinely look forward to and remember.
To make that happen, we brought together an incredible network of local businesses, schools, and organizations who share our commitment to this community.
What’s Happening on July 29th
Families who register can expect a packed morning full of free resources and entertainment, including:
- Free backpacks and school supply kits, sized and stocked for every grade level.
- Complimentary haircuts courtesy of local stylists and barbers, plus discount vouchers and swag bags provided by Euphoria Cosmetology School.
- A live DJ setting the tone for the entire event.
- Live music from the School of Rock House Band.
- A martial arts demonstration from Victory Martial Arts.
- Hands-on activities including Engineering for Kids, a mobile exhibit from the Las Vegas Natural History Museum, and a Spy Ninjas mission station.
- A community booth from i9 Sports with youth sports program information and giveaways.
- Free meals from a local food truck, sweet treats from Nothing Bundt Cakes—including details on their Books & Bundt reading initiative—and ice cream courtesy of A&A Ice Cream.
- Health and wellness resources available to attending families.
- Prize giveaways including passes to Adventuredome, Sky Zone, Battle Blast, and Cowabunga Bay.
- Community partner booths, including the YMCA of Southern Nevada and Desert Breeze Community Center.
- A branded photo moment to help families capture their day.
The event is completely free to attend, and a ticket is required for entry.
Our “Why”
Every August, families across Las Vegas face the same challenge: getting kids ready for school while managing the real financial pressure that comes with it. We wanted to take that weight off as many shoulders as we could, while also creating something joyful—a morning where parents and kids alike feel celebrated rather than stressed.
